Capital BlueCross Logo Replacing Keystone Health Plan Central Logo
on Member ID Cards

Commercial HMO and Medicare Advantage HMO member ID cards will no longer have the Keystone Health Plan® Central logo.

The Capital BlueCross logo will now appear and the entity name, Keystone Health Plan Central, will appear next to the logo.  Sample images are provided for reference.

Healthy Rewards is a wellness incentive platform that encourages members to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. The new Healthy Rewards platform:

• Uses biometric data as the cornerstone of the program
• Requires members to activate their program as a first step
• Features a portal that offers engagement opportunities for members including challenges, device integration, journals and video courses
