Elixir Termination Servicing Agreement

Reference is made to the Servicing Agreement, entered into by and between Elixir Insurance Company (“Company”) and you (“Agent”) (the “Agreement”). In accordance with Section 5 of the Agreement, Company is exercising its right to terminate the Agreement effective as of the date of this letter (the “Termination Effective Date”). Please note, the termination of the Agreement will result in a termination of Agent’s entire downstream network of agents, brokers and producers as of the Termination Effective Date. Read more.
