RE: Termination Servicing Agreement

 

Contract Administrator,

 

Reference is made to the Servicing Agreement, entered into by and between Elixir Insurance Company (“Company”) and you (“Agent”) (the “Agreement”). Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.

 

In accordance with Section 5 of the Agreement, Company is exercising its right to terminate the Agreement effective as of the date of this letter (the “Termination Effective Date”). Please note, the termination of the Agreement will result in a termination of Agent’s entire downstream network of agents, brokers and producers as of the Termination Effective Date. Please take all steps necessary to cause all such terminated downstream agents, brokers, and producers to cease any activity with respect to the servicing of the PDP Plans.

 

Neither party shall have any further obligations to the other pursuant to the Agreement from and after the Termination Effective Date. This termination notice is without prejudice to any of Company’s rights, powers, privileges, remedies, and defenses, whether currently existing or arising after the date of this termination notice.
