Highmark was recently made aware of issues some members were experiencing when attempting to order items online from our Over-the-Counter (OTC) website. We wanted to share the most up-to-date information we have on these issues.

Accessing the OTC Website

  • Some members reported issues with accessing the OTC website itself. The site is fully operational, and can be accessed at shophighmarkotc.com/.
  • Members can view and download the 2023 OTC catalog at the link above. You can also access it by clicking here

Out of Stock Items

  • Members have reached out to us because some items, primarily brand name, are out of stock. 
  • Our OTC vendor has indicated over 600,000 units are currently in transit to their fulfillment center.  By January 30, most items (both brand name and generic) should be ready to order.
  • For many brand name items that are currently out of stock, generic alternatives are available.
  • If a member calls in looking for an out of stock item, the fulfillment center's customer service team will help recommend alternate products that may currently be in stock (like generic equivalents).
  • Most items, both brand name and generic, will be back in stock within the next 10 days.
