Are you getting questions from members asking when they can expect their OTC catalog, healthy foods card or utilities card in the mail?

I am here to happily deliver you some answers.

 

• 2022 OTC Catalog
• All members will be receiving a catalog in the mail for 2022!
• Please allow until 1/15/22 for these catalogs to arrive in homes. 
• If a member doesn’t receive one after that date and would like a printed copy, the member can call into members services (number on the back of their ID card) or their agent can call in on their behalf to request one be mailed to them – 866-714-9301 option 8.
• Don’t forget that there are in store or online buying options as well.

• Healthy Foods Card (on select plans only)
  • Cards have been mailed out. 
  • If a member has this option on their plan, they can call into member services with questions or request another card be mailed to them. You can also call in on the member’s behalf – 866-714-9301 option 8.
  • Eligible for members on the MA Only HMO Eagle plan with certain chronic conditions.
  • Eligible for all members on the Advantra Cares DSNP plan.

• Arriving soon – approximately 1-2 weeks.
• Due to the delay, members have until February 28, 2022 to use their January Benefits.
