AEP Success & Ascend
Did you know 2021 plan information is NOW live in Ascend?
You can compare 2021 plans side by side, view benefit details, search providers, pharmacies and drugs, and send quick quotes!
Important Tips and Reminders:
- You should download the latest version of Ascend BEFORE accessing the new 2021 plan details. Click here for instructions.

|
|
- Before completing an application, be sure your name appears next to the home button at the top of your screen. If you do not see your name, you will not receive credit for the application.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Once you are in the plan details section of Ascend, you can toggle between 2020 and 2021 using the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- After you begin a meeting in the mobile app, if you need to switch between Ascension Complete and WellCare, Allwell, or Health Net sites click the paperclip icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
|
|
|
|
|
|
- You should check that your phone number is correct in Ascend before sending out Quick Quotes or SOAs. Click here to check your phone number and view your account details.
- You can send a 2021 Quick Quote now in Ascend to beneficiaries, Quick Quotes expire after 30 days.
- You will not be able to begin an enrollment app or utilize Send for Signature until October 15. Send for Signature apps expire after 7 days.
Note: The apply now button will not be available until 10/15; however, you can track your quotes and resend quotes to your leads as a reminder to enroll in the plan of their choosing all in your Ascend Agent Portal.

Accessing Ascend:
- Click here for instructions on how to download the Ascend Mobile App (AMA).
- Click here to access Ascend via the internet.
- Your username is: email@example.com
- Your temporary password is: Wellcare123 (Case sensitive)
- If the temporary password does not work, you can select Forgot Password to reset.
- You will be prompted to change your password upon first login.

Ascend Reminders:
- In the new version of Ascend you may be able to see plans that you are not currently contracted and certified to market and sell; this does not mean that you are now contracted and certified for 2021.
- As part of our One Broker Experience, we have combined 2021 contracting and certification training requirements (2021 AHIP & ACT). Once both are completed you will be able to market and sell all Centene brands. Until then, unless you were previously, separately contracted with WellCare and Centene (Allwell, Health Net, Trillium, Ascension Complete) you can only market and sell the plans you contracted and certified for in 2020.
