Highmark’s 2018 AEP Enrollment Kits have been loaded to ShopPRO and are now available for pre-ordering. Please review the important information below regarding time frames and what is included in initial orders:

• Please note that due to the quantity of pre-orders Highmark is expecting, there will be about a 2 week turnaround time from when an enrollment kit order is placed to when it will  be received
  • You must place your order by September 15th  in order to receive your enrollment kits by October 1st
    
    
• Highmark recommends you only order enough enrollment kits for the first couple weeks of AEP
  • 2018 Star Ratings will be released mid-October and will need to be replaced in any enrollment kits you have on hand
    
    
• For initial orders only, Highmark will include 10 Provider/Pharmacy Directories
  • Highmark has created Community Blue Medicare HMO and Community Blue Medicare PPO specific Provider/Pharmacy Directories. If Community Blue Medicare HMO and/or Community Blue Medicare PPO is offered in the county the enrollment kit is being ordered for, an additional 10 Community Blue Medicare HMO and/or Community Blue Medicare PPO specific Provider/Pharmacy Directories will also be included as appropriate.
  • If you need additional Provider/Pharmacy Directories, they are available on ShopPRO for ordering
