As we move through open enrollment, here are a few key reminders to help you stay on track and support your clients effectively:

Pennie certification:
Make sure your Pennie certification is current and has a renewal date of 12/31/2026 so you can assist clients through the state exchange.

If you already completed the training, you should see your certification status updated in your account within 5-7 business days. If it has been more than 2 weeks since you completed the training and you don’t see your certification updated through 12/31/2026, call Pennie at 844-844-4440.

ACA carrier contracts:
Double-check that all your ACA contracts are active and up-to-date to avoid any disruptions.

Open enrollment deadlines:

Review client plans:
Plans and premiums have changed for 2026. Take time to review your clients’ current coverage and ensure they’re still in the best-fit plan.
