As an annual reminder, any Third-Party Marketing Organization (TPMO) Medicare Advantage (MA) and Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) marketing materials developed for multiple carriers to market, sell, and enroll 2025 plans and products MUST BE
pre-reviewed by each MA organization, submitted to CMS in the Health Plan Management System (HPMS), and opted in by

Materials submitted to CMS outside of the pre-review process will be proactively opted out in HPMS.
How do TPMOs submit marketing materials?
- Review the Multi-plan Marketing Material Submission Process Guide containing important information on CMS guidelines and Wellcare’s formalized process. The guide may also be accessed within Centene Workbench.
- Review and sign the Multi-plan Marketing Material Process Acknowledgement.
- Return the signed acknowledgement to TD_AEPReadiness@wellcare.com within five business days.
- After the Acknowledgement form is returned, you may begin submitting PY2025 multi-plan marketing materials by completing the Multi-plan Marketing Material Submission Intake form and returning the form by email to TD_AEPReadiness@wellcare.com.
