Dear Valued Producer,

 

Temple Health’s (providers and hospitals) provider agreement with Keystone First will end on July 31, 2024. Provider terminations will only apply to the following Keystone First plans:

 

• Keystone First Physical Health HealthChoices (Medicaid)
• Keystone First Community Health Choices (Medicaid)
• Keystone First VIP Choice (Medicare)  

 

It is important to note that all other IBX Keystone products are NOT impacted by this change. The Keystone Basic, Preferred, Liberty and Select provider agreements with Temple Health remain intact.
