• New for 5-1 effective dates.
• This is an indemnity product with no in or out of network restrictions.
• Employees can go to the provider of their choice.
• If there are any “Balance Bill” issues with any provider, the employee just hands it over to Starmark to handle and work out with the provider. The employee will not be responsible for the balance bill.
• The rates for this product will be significantly less (up to 13%) than the product using the Aetna or Cigna network.

This product offers the same robust coverage that you've become familiar with but it also now removes the provider network requirement!
