REMINDER:
January 19th is Pennie’s Special Extension Open Enrollment Deadline
Customers have until January 19th at midnight to enroll in coverage starting February 1st, 2024!
Pennie Customer Service will be open until midnight on January 19th for the those enrolling before the deadline.
Reminder: Friday, January 19th is the special extension deadline for the 2024 Open Enrollment Period since January 15th falls on Martin Luther King Jr. Day weekend.
Please remind customers:
- Open Enrollment is the only time of year to enroll in coverage. If someone waits until they are sick or injured, it will be too late!
- Sign up for automatic payments with their insurers! This can be done be contacting their insurer directly or through insurer’s website.
- If they already have automatic payments for their 2023 coverage, make sure they are updating those payments for their 2024 coverage!
- Report Changes! Household size or income needs to be updated in their Pennie Account at com.
