Due to a recent amendment to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Notice of Collection requirement regarding privacy policies, we have updated our contracting application with additional language for California. California resident agents who apply for a contract must use the new application as of July 1 and thereafter. Get the updated contract application here. For those IMO’s who subscribe to SureLC, forms are updated and available as of July 1st.
