Matt got his start in the insurance industry in 2000, when he worked for Zurich-Kemper’s life underwriting division. From there, he joined the URL family in 2004, as a marketer in the Life Markets division. Matt is results-driven and passionate about life insurance. He particularly enjoys partnering with agents, helping them take their sales to the next level.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Sheri, and his family and friends. He also enjoys cooking and traveling. Matt is a huge Chicago sports fan, and especially enjoys following his beloved Chicago Cubs and Chicago Blackhawks.

Rick is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran that grew up in Lancaster County, PA. Although he has been in the insurance industry for more than 40 years, he began his career with American-Amicable Group 22 years ago and served as Vice-President of Marketing for the past 16 years. 

Rick is married and has 3 lovely children and 7 beautiful grandchildren. He enjoys spending his time golfing and saltwater fishing. As a Penn State alumna Rick is an Avid Nittany Lions fan and also a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.
