Matt Allina

Matt got his start in the insurance industry in 2000, when he worked for Zurich-Kemper’s life underwriting division. From there, he joined the URL family in 2004, as a marketer in the Life Markets division. Matt is results-driven and passionate about life insurance. He particularly enjoys partnering with agents, helping them take their sales to the next level.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Sheri, and his family and friends. He also enjoys cooking and traveling. Matt is a huge Chicago sports fan, and especially enjoys following his beloved Chicago Cubs and Chicago Blackhawks.

Steve Clemens
Executive Vice President

Steve, Life Markets Executive Vice President, began his insurance career in 2000 as an independent insurance agent specializing in life insurance and rose to the leadership level. He enjoys building lasting relationships with agents to help them achieve their clients financial goals, as well as provide marketing solutions to help grow business.

Steve is a proud member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), where he served on the NAIFA Greater Harrisburg Board of Directors (2018-2019), and currently as the NAIFA Greater Harrisburg President.

In his free time, he greatly enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children on family vacations to the beach or the Colorado Rocky Mountains. He enjoys coaching baseball and soccer in local youth sports leagues, as well as playing golf, fly fishing and cheering on his alma mater, Penn State.

Jason Collins
Annuity Solutions Specialist

Jason has been in sales since 2000, and in 2015 joined URL’s Annuity Solutions Department. During his time at URL, Jason has found a home with helping and assisting agents on their path to success. His area of focus and expertise are Annuities, Single Premium Life, Traditional LTC and Life Insurance.

Jason’s hobbies include coaching sports and making people smile.

Cody joined URL's Annuity Solutions department in 2017 with an extensive background in leadership, finance and customer service. He enjoys helping agents from beginning-to-end of their sales process, and providing clients with products for a sound retirement.

In his free time Cody enjoys playing basketball, fantasy sports, video games and spending time with his family.
