Jefferson Health Plans is launching ACA plans, available both on and off the Pennie Exchange, in 2024. Our plans include the lowest priced Bronze plan and the lowest priced Silver plan, as well as the benchmark Silver plan.

How to Access the Storefront
· If you have an account, you can sign in using your email address and password. If you forgot your password, enter your email address and select "I forgot my password"; then click "Continue On."
· If you are a new user, fill in your email address and password and select “I am a new user"; then click "Continue On."
How to Order Materials
· Select "Start a New Order."
· Click on "2024 Individual and Family Plan Materials" from the menu on the left.
· Click on "2024 Sales Kits" or "2024 Enrollment Form."
· Update the quantity of each material and then click "Add" to add materials your cart.
· Click "Checkout" from the menu on the left.
· Fill out the form with your shipping address; click "Review Order."
· Review your order and shipping address; click "Send Order" to submit your order.
· Please allow for a few days for shipping.
