Keystone 65 Essential and Personal Choice 65 Plus Networks Names Not Available on Provider Finder

It was recently discovered that the Keystone 65 Essential HMO and Personal Choice 65 Plus PPO networks are not listed on the online Provider Finder (www.ibxmedicare.com/providerfinder) when browsing "All plans" within the "Available plans" list.

As a temporary solution when referencing the Keystone 65 Essential HMO or Personal Choice 65 Plus PPO networks, utilize the following networks:

For Keystone 65 Essential HMO: Use the Keystone 65 Basic HMO network
For Personal Choice 65 Plus PPO: Use the Personal Choice 65 PPO network

The team is working to get these plan names added to the drop-down list. Additional updates will be provided as they become available.
