Enhancement to ICHRA/QSEHRA Submissions on the Producer Portal

You spoke, we listened!

Highmark is excited to share the news of the most recent Producer Portal enhancement - the 15th of the month cut-off date (for following month effective) has been removed for ICHRA submissions!

The Producer Portal now allows for ICHRA/QSEHRA applications with the following month effective date to be submitted up to 11:59pm on the last day of the month. Example: An application with a 7/1 effective date can be submitted up to 11:59pm on 6/30 on the Producer Portal.

This enhancement will allow for simpler submission, enhanced confirmation tracking and quicker processing times.
