Highmark | Create a New Password

This email is intended for anyone who accesses the Producer Portal.

ACTION REQUIRED: Create a New Password for the Producer Portal by 11:59 pm on May 12, 2024

Highmark is committed to protecting sensitive information and remaining vigilant in a world with increasing cyber threats. We've taken action and recently informed you of new password requirements for the Producer Portal. A copy of that message is available here.

In order to continue using the Producer Portal, you will now be required to create a password that meets the new requirements by 11:59 pm on May 12, 2024. To reset your password, simply log into the Producer Portal using your existing username and password. You will automatically be prompted to reset your password to something that meets the new requirements. If you have reset your password within the past year, you won't be prompted to make the change.

Resetting your password by 11:59 pm on May 12, 2024 is critical to the successful implementation of Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), which will now go live the week of May 13, 2024. As a reminder, you can access a copy of the message about the MFA requirements and process here.
