Changes to Standard Benefits for Weight Loss Management Medications

Why am I receiving this?

Highmark is changing our default coverage for weight loss medications, including GLP-1 RA’s FDA approved for weight loss, across multiple markets and fully-insured segments. Additionally, Highmark is modifying weight loss medication utilization management criteria for fully-insured client segments.
