Capital Blue Cross | July Billing Error
An issue was identified where the rates were not transmitted correctly from the Sales system to the Billing system. This affects July renewal groups in the Mid-Market and Small Business ASO segments. Capital has corrected the problem and has rebilled all groups affected. Groups should pay the second July invoice received.
