Highmark | Gag Clause Prohibition Compliance Attestation as Mandated by the Consolidated Appropriations Act
The annual requirement for health plans and insurers to submit a Gag Clause Prohibition Compliance Attestation (GCPCA) to the government, as mandated by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA). Highmark | Small Group Portfolio of Plan Options Moving to Highmark Senior Health Company in Southeastern Pennsylvania
There is an important update to Highmark’s small group employer coverage in Southeastern Pennsylvania for the 2025 plan year.Highmark is moving its small group portfolio of plan options from one company (named Highmark Health Insurance Company or HHIC) to another company (named Highmark Senior Health Company) upon client renewal in 2025. Highmark and US Digestive Health | Reach Multi-Year Agreement
Highmark recently came to an agreement with US Digestive Health (USDH), a large gastroenterology practice with more than 40 locations in Delaware and Pennsylvania. USDH was previously out-of-network with Highmark, but we have now reached a multi-year contract, bringing them back into the network. Read more.
