Devoted PPO Choice Plus Plan / LIS

Ever run into a prospect that has LIS Low Income Subsidy? They would be a fit for our plan. This is our only plan

that comes with a premium, however, LIS cancels it out. While on this plan the member would receive Dental 

benefits with Delta Dental Medicare PPO as our vendor, a food / home card that is loaded on the 1st of each
