Just wanted to send a friendly reminder that CAPHS season has officially kicked off!What can you tell your clients?
If one of your clients asks you about the survey, there are some things to let them know:
●  Itʼs not a scam
●  Itʼs encouraged to complete the survey, but if members choose not to, their benefits are unaffected
●  Itʼs anonymous, and Devoted Health will never identify their answers
●  The survey is an opportunity to share feedback so Devoted Health can improve the things members struggle with the most Why does CAHPS matter for you?
Positive healthcare experiences are associated with positive clinical and business outcomes, potentially increasing client retention. The CAHPS survey gives us invaluable insights into the experience of our shared Devoted Health members. Working together, we can use CAHPS to identify how to best improve the member experience from the start.Below is a timeline of when members will be receiving their surveys:

• Members received an email web survey on 3/3
• A paper questionnaire was mailed 3/11 and will arrive in patients homes this week
  
• All responses must be received by 5/31
