New and improved member experience for Healthy Rewards program
|
|
GHP’s Healthy Rewards reimbursement program is a popular program where members can be reimbursed for participating in fitness-related activities — up to $100 for an individual or up to $200 for a family.
No more mailing paper forms Because the Healthy Rewards Reimbursement request form is now electronic, members no longer have to print it and mail it in with hard copies of receipts. Instead, they complete the form online, upload digital copies of their receipts, then click submit. Reimbursement takes 5 to 10 business days.

Streamlining how you stay informed about group premium statuses

What’s changing? When a group becomes past due, you and your client will now receive an automated email notification. This message directs you to log into the employer portal, where you can view details of any groups who are past due. What this means for youTimely alerts – No more waiting for manual outreach. You’ll be notified as soon as a group is flagged as past due. This automation replaces the previous manual process managed by the sales team, enabling faster communication and a more seamless experience for you and your clients.
