Due to upcoming plan portfolio changes, we’re amending our HRA and commission payments on the Classic 360 Rx HMO product.
Effective immediately, Geisinger Health Plan will no longer pay for HRA completions on any Classic 360 Rx (HMO) enrollments.
Additionally, as of Aug. 1, Geisinger Health Plan will not pay commission on Classic 360 Rx sales in the 11 counties where the product is being terminated: Adams, Bradford, Carbon, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Perry, Schuylkill, Wayne and York.
For enrollments effective Jan. 1, 2026:
- ½ FMV commission for Classic 360
- If Classic 360 was the member’s plan before Oct. 1, 2025, you will receive regular renewal rate.
- Any new apps (plan transfers/changes or new-to-GHP through broker is ½) as of Oct. 1 and beyond for 2025 and 2026 effectives.
- Max FMV for all other products
- We will pay for HRAs on the Preferred Complete Rx (PPO) and Preferred Advantage Rx (PPO) plans sold with an effective date of Jan. 1, 2026.
- We will also continue to pay $75 for health risk assessments (HRAs) that are completed for new-to-GHP HMO Gold plans (excluding Classic 360 Rx) using our Connecture platform.
