Dental network expansion November 1

A new partnership takes effect November 1, 2025, that will increase Ameritas' total network access points to more than 700,000 nationwide. Growing our network helps your customers find dental care where they live or work. 
 
The new dental network-sharing arrangement is expected to increase the following Ameritas dental networks by 4,000 to 6,000 access points:

 
These additional providers will be added to our Find a Provider search tool, giving new and existing members more access points to choose from. There will be no changes to member ID cards, except in states where regulatory requirements apply.

Lapse letters (and more) available in producer portal

Producer portal’s self-service capabilities offer you secure, online management for your block of business. This includes accessing your groups’ lapse notices (you will no longer receive a printed copy). But don't worry, your impacted policyholders will continue to get a printed and mailed lapse letter.

As soon as a lapse letter is issued, it’s also available in your producer portal account. With real-time updates like this, producer portal gives you the most accurate information every time.
