After careful review, we have made the difficult decision to make all new sales of our Medicare Advantage PPO plans in Pennsylvania and New Jersey non-commissionable for effective dates of 1/1/26 and beyond. This was not a decision we took lightly nor one we wanted to hastily make. We understand this impacts your business, and we want to be upfront and transparent about the reasons behind it.

This decision was necessary to ensure the continued growth and long-term viability of our Medicare Advantage products. We need to prioritize resources toward products that are sustainable, so we can continue to grow together.

This is about building a stronger, more sustainable future for all of us. We are focused on creating growth opportunities for our agency partners, and we will continue to provide support, training, and resources to ensure your success.

Jefferson Health Plans will pay 2026 rates on new sales for our HMO and DSNP plans effective 1/1/2026. Our Medicare Advantage portfolio includes a new DSNP plan in Pennsylvania for the allowance-sensitive shopper and a new HMO plan in New Jersey with extremely competitive benefits. Our 2026 HMO and DSNP plans are well positioned in the market and continue to be backed by a strong provider network.
