One meaningful way to support your clients is by educating them about hospital financial assistance programs.

I have attached the applications to 3 Hospitals in Central PA. These forms are also very easy to access by going to any hospital system and looking for Financial Assistance, typically located at the bottom of the home page. I highly recommend printing them to share with your clients or emailing them as needed.  

                           Taking this extra step during AEP can help ease financial concern and demonstrates that there are options to help assist with hospital expenses.

This approach gives you another reason to confidently enroll clients in an Aetna Medicare MAPD plan that provides the stability and consistency they value most.  

In turn, it helps you continue to position yourself as their trusted advisor- strengthening your retention efforts.

And we all know, retention leads to referrals.
