PCORI (Patient Centered Outcome Research Institute) fees are due by July 31st 2024 and July 31st every year after for employers participating in ICHRA programs. These fees were implemented with the passage of the Affordable Care Act in 2011. The instructions, flyer and 720 form are attached for your review and completion.
