May Commission Payout

The monthly commission payment process occurs on the first business day of every month, but Highmark’s Accounts Payable department processes all payments on a weekly basis. Normally, commission payments are deposited into agency accounts no later than the 5th business day of the month.

However, for the month of April (paid in May), commission payments will not be received by the 5th business day due to timing of Accounts Payable’s weekly schedule. Instead, commission payments will be received on Friday, May 8, 2026. Finalized commission statements were available at 5:30 p.m. EST on May 1, 2026.
