FFIUL II Express: ‘Soft Decline’ screen
|
|
|
We’re excited to share a recent enhancement to the Transamerica Financial Foundation IUL® II Express (FFIUL II Express) app experience. A new Soft Decline screen is designed to keep your sales moving forward when a client doesn’t qualify for the Express process.
Rather than a hard stop, this screen explains why the client is ineligible and guides you to some alternate solutions. For example, you can easily transition to a Transamerica FE Express SolutionSM app or weigh whether a fully underwritten product may be a better fit for your client’s needs.
This enhancement is designed to streamline your workflow, improve transparency, and provide applicable alternatives to continue the conversation and find appropriate coverage for your client.

We’ve already included the social post text and visuals, so you can just copy and paste to share on your own social channels. R.R. Donnelley Portal: Sunsetting February 18, 2026

As part of our ongoing efforts to modernize and streamline your digital experience, the R.R. Donnelley portal — which currently hosts copies of in force customer correspondence sent from Transamerica — will be decommissioned February 18, 2026. Here’s what to expect.

Your clients might not realize it, but they can access all their policy documents instantly, at any time. Access is easy with our customer portal — Transamerica My Life AccessSM. Share this link with clients and use it yourself if you happen to own a Transamerica policy.
1) Log in to https://secure2.transamerica.com/login
2) Look for the blue tile on the dashboard
3) Click “Enroll Now”
4) Choose Paperless, then click Update Preferences
