2026 Credible Coverage per Carrier
- Aetna AFA
- Will need to reach out to Aetna rep for each employer to find out if creditable/non-creditable. If you have an Aetna plan for your clients, please reach out to your assigned Health Plan Options Specialist to find out if credible/non-creditable.
- CBC
- Small & ASO Group - All standard RX programs are creditable.
- Mid/Large Group - All standard plans are creditable for 2026.
- Highmark
- Small Group - For 2026, all plans in Pennsylvania qualify as "creditable coverage".
- Mid/Large Group - Do not have a list of plans that are creditable and non-creditable. Since the plans are custom built in the mid-market, they would need to run each plan and determine if those benefits are creditable.
- Geisinger
- Small Group - All plans in the commercial small group area are creditable for 2026.
- They do not have a ‘list’ pulled together yet. However, the status is listed on the GFA Quote sheet as well as on some of the ACA and KYP docs at renewal.
- Mid/Large Group - For 51+ groups, our 2026 Standard Fully Insured and GFA plans are all creditable. However, since they can customize 51+ Fully Insured plans, some may not be creditable. The creditable status is listed on the confirmation of sales agreement so groups can check the status there.
