Medicare has made some major changes with the cost of Tier 3 and above medications for 2026.

With many Medicare Part D Drug Plans and Advantage Plans, clients are no longer paying set copays for these medications after they clear their deductible.

We're starting to hear from clients that they would have to pay a percentage of their plans negotiated price. Eliquis, for example, will cost a client well over $1000 out of pocket for the year through their Medicare Part D drug plan.
