For EZ-App℠ users, TeleLife just made it easier to ensure customers get and stay engaged in the underwriting process. When they complete a portion of the interview online, you're one step closer to helping them reach their protection goals.
It’s as simple as 1-2-3. Here’s how it works*:
1. You introduce the online portion of the process:
Submit EZ-App drop ticket with the customer’s email address
Prompt your customer to use the email link that is sent to them
2. Your customer accesses the link from the email:
Registers and logs in
Electronic Consent & Honesty Statement
High level medical questions
Upload Identification (optional)
Submits it to TeleLife
3. TeleLife representatives:
Complete the remainder of the interview via phone call
*Note: You can opt out of partial online completion during the EZ-App submission process if your customer prefers a full phone interview.
Be sure to include their email address on your EZ-App drop ticket and help customers start the underwriting interview online.
