Early Launch of ACA Bonus Program for New Members

We take pride in ensuring brokers are prepared for a successful Open Enrollment Period. This year, we prioritized being first to market with our ACA training and key sales materials to allow sufficient time to prepare for OEP while gearing up for busy sales cycles in other markets.

In advance of OEP, we are excited to inform you of our bonus program for new Pennsylvania members that you enroll with Highmark for a January 1, 2022 effective date. Please review all of the details below.

Bonus for 1/1/22 effective dates	Qualifiers	Per Member Payout
New Highmark members in any Pennsylvania ACA Individual market plan in Central, Northeastern, or Western PA	Must have at least 5 new members	$50
New Together Blue EPO members in Western PA	Must meet criteria above Must have at least 2 new members in Together Blue	Additional $25 per member

Must have 5 new ACA Individual market members with 1/1/22 effective dates to qualify for the bonus
Applies to new members only
Includes both on and off-exchange enrollment
One-time payouts will be made to agencies in early 2022

*Note: In order to be eligible for compensation, you must be appointed with Highmark and fulfill the Pennie training requirements for on-exchange enrollment prior to selling. Training is not required for off-exchange enrollment; however, the Litmos training is encouraged.
