2021 Benefit: Over-the-Counter (OTC) Health Items

In 2021, all Health Partners Medicare plans offer a generous allowance, with rollover, for OTC items.

Members can spend OTC dollars at participating chain and independent pharmacies, and can order by phone and online. No prescription required.

The OTC allowance will be automatically loaded onto a card on the first day of the quarter (Jan. 1, April 1, July 1 and Oct. 1). Any unused amount will rollover to the next quarter. Members must spend the full OTC allowance by Dec. 31, 2021.

Connecture

Health Partners Medicare uses Connecture for electronic application submissions. To access Connecture you must have completed HPP 2021 Medicare Annual Training and Certification.

Ordering 2021 Materials

Sales Kits are available for order through Command Direct, our fulfillment vendor. You can order both English and Spanish Sales Kits through Command Direct.

Our 2021 marketing materials are now available! You can download select materials and can order copies of all materials. If requested, materials in other languages can be created. If you need help ordering Sales Kits or marketing materials, please contact Tom at tterranova@hpplans.com or Alexus, our Medicare Sales Coordinator.

Note: Command Direct prints and fulfills requests for HPM Sales Kits and marketing materials. You cannot order materials through other fulfillment vendors.
