Resolving Requests for Information (RFI)

It is important to login to the Secured Producer Portal and review the Applications & Enrollments tab during AEP. Any application showing a status of, “Need More Information” is a call to action for a RFI.

• To satisfy the RFI, please call the RFI Remediation Line: 877-677-5609 as soon as possible to avoid further delay in processing the enrollment.
• Please make sure to have member information ready so the representatives can better assist and provide immediate correction.

Providing the best coverage to potential Members is our number one goal! Satisfying RFI’s will allow us to provide the coverage that beneficiaries deserve!
Tip When Presenting the Enrollment Resource Guide

Giving the best service and providing the most accurate information to our Members is very important to WellCare.

Here is a helpful tip when presenting the Enrollment Resource Guide:

• When with the potential Member, reference the Summary of Benefits section within the guide, to show the breakdown of the plan/county information available.
• This will provide a better understanding of the benefits specifically available to them.

Important Note!
The information contained within this communication supersedes all previous correspondence for the topics above.

OEP SPOP Hours
The SPOP hours during AEP are as follows:
M-F 8am to 10pm Eastern

NOTE:  The SPOP Automated Voice Response system verification from the State Medicaid Line has a different number for each state. The number for your market can be found on the back of your Medicaid card.
