Assurant is currently offering:

• 7 lines of coverage AND $200k in production AND $100k in block growth = 2% override

URL is enhancing this bonus by adding:

• $50k - $99,999.99 written premium earns a .5% bonus.
• $100k - $149,999.99 written premium earns a 1% bonus.
• $150k - $199,999.99 written premium earns a 1.5% bonus.
• $200k + written premium earns a 2% bonus (full passthrough!)
• We will waive the line requirements!
• We will waive the block growth requirements!

Qualifications

• Minimum premium (January 1 - December 31): $50,000
• Bonus is paid as a percentage of premium written by agent, not by total URL block production.
• Dental products: 50% of the sum of the percentages from the new sales (mirrors Assurant's payment to us.)
• Individual Prepaid Dental and Gap coverages do not count towards production credit.
• Payment will be paid to you in the first week of May from URL.
• Premium is based on Assurant’s reporting to URL, which breaks down agent production.
