New features are here!

We're excited to share the latest enhancements to our Horizon Experience, effective March 20, 2024. These updates, driven by your feedback, are designed to streamline your workflow, improve usability, and provide the support you need to serve your clients efficiently.

Latest enhancements:

  • Decreasing to OPTerm 10 is now available during the Customize Coverage (Get More/Get Less) process.
  • Table Rating 1 has been removed from all underwriting classes, except for Standard Plus and Standard tobacco.
  • Email and phone number verification will no longer allow a copy and paste. Information must be re-keyed to ensure correct details are captured.
  • Addresses will now search and auto-populate from google to help ensure accuracy. This will apply to addresses for client, business, trust, physician, payor, second addressee, etc.
  • Terms & Conditions and HIPAA splash page has been made clearer with a "Send Authorization to Client" button, minimizing agent confusion.
  • Agent journey splash pages now delineate in the verbiage to be more clear, i.e., “with your client’s details.”
  • A left navigation bar has been added to the client journey so clients can more easily navigate back to prior questions without having to hit "back" multiple times.

Your feedback fuels our improvements. We aim to make the Horizon Experience better for you, evolving together towards digital excellence.
