A few highlighted changes for the CVS Member Discount -

 

New CVS Discount- 20% off CVS Health Brand Personal and Health related products discount will be available to all Medicare members as VAIS

• Discount can be applied BEFORE using any OTC dollars loaded on either the Aetna Medicare Payment Card or the Aetna Extra Benefits Card.

• Discount cannot be combined with the standard OTCHS allowance offering.
• Members can shop online at CVS.com/shop® with a coupon code to get 20% off eligible items. This discount code is now available on the Aetna Health portal.
• To redeem in store, members must go to their Aetna Health portal monthly to pull up their monthly discount code and print the code out to take with them in store. 

 

Aetna Medicare sent out 1,000,000 emails to individual Aetna Medicare members to educate all members on their new 20% CVS Health Branded discount near the end of February (email campaign began on 2/23/24).

• In-person companionship benefits are fulfilled by home care agency partners, which are licensed according to the laws set in each state where they do business.
• Virtual companionship options through use of The Helper Bee’s internal Care Concierge team staff
