CMS will be hosting webinars for both Group Health Plan (GHP) and Non-Group Health Plan (NGHP) Responsible Reporting Entities (RREs) in January. The webinars will cover information regarding the Certain Civil Money Penalties Final Rule and allow RREs to ask questions directly of CMS.
The scheduled dates for the webinars are:
GHP – Wednesday January 17th at 1:00 PM EST
NGHP – Thursday January 18th at 1:00 PM EST
RREs are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the webinars to the dedicated resource mailbox at Sec111CMP@cms.hhs.gov. Although an individualized response will not be received, CMS will utilize these emails to guide the webinar presentations and future outreach materials.
Full detail regarding the webinars, including log-in information, will be posted in the coming weeks.
