Important update to Plan Documents
You should have started receiving your 2024 Medicare Advantage fulfillment kits. Please note there has been an update to the Pre-Enrollment Checklist in the Summary of Benefits.
Updated Summaries of Benefits: Please use these versions of the 2024 Keystone 65 Summary of Benefits and the 2024 Personal Choice 65SM Summary of Benefits when reviewing benefits with your clients.

NOTE: We are re-printing the updated versions of the Summaries of Benefits with the corrected Pre-Enrollment Checklist. When you receive the new booklets, please destroy your old copies.

The Independence Broker Medicare Resource Center will offer extended hours of operation from October 1st through December 7th.
Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
