The CY2024 CMS marketing & communication season is in full swing! To submit materials for Devoted Health’s pre-review, please do the following: 

• Fill out the TPMO Marketing & Communication Submission Sheet. Include all marketing materials in one template.
• Attach all materials for review to your email.
• Send your request to agencyoversight@devoted.com and damien.cameron@devoted.com with the subject line  “TPMO Marketing Materials For Review”.  

All materials submitted must meet current CMS marketing guidelines, including having a unique marketing ID (i.e. “SMID”).

If approved, our team will respond with the approval to the TPMO and opt-in to the materials once the agency has uploaded the material into HPMS.
