While 2022 was a very challenging year for the life insurance industry, we focused on things to help you have a successful year and finish it strong. We have evolved our systems, our processes, and our support to let YOU focus on what’s most important in your role – relationship building and prospecting. Together with you, we are protecting more American families. Below are some key highlights from 2022.
     

Our systems

  • Assigned underwriter process, with a dedicated underwriter
  • Single application entry for multiple policies, allowing a faster multi-policy application process
  • New preference setting, allowing you to elect to delay the offer notification sent to clients for up to 10 days
  • Option to backdate the policy effective dates (for client’s crossing an age band) to receive lower insurance rates for the client
  • Preview Policy packet feature, allowing you to view the policy during the offer process
     

Our processes

  • Over 12 machine-learning algorithms, allowing us to make decisions based on past experiences
  • 95 underwriting automation rules or enhancements to existing rules, further enabling automated decisions
     

Our support

  • Introduction of campaigns in a box on the marketing materials page, which are ready-to-use materials along with instructions and a schedule to run a robust campaign with minimal effort
