Open Enrollment for Individual and Family Plans

As we approach the final month of this year’s open enrollment period (OEP) for our individual and family plans, including on and off Pennie plans, we wanted to communicate several important reminders.

• Plan offerings: Our overall goal for our 2023 plans was to deliver stability to the market. As a result, all plan options will continue into 2023 with limited benefit changes. Download our Individual Product Marketing Brochure or our 2023 Rate Guide for plan and premium details.
• Producer sales commissions: We will continue to pay $22 PMPM for new individual sales. We also have increased renewal commissions from $14 PMPM to $16 PMPM for 2023 and increased commissions on dental and visions plans to 10%. See our 2023 sales commission schedule for additional details.
• Health Saving Account (HSA) administration: New for 2023, Capital will offer a no-fee HSA administration option for members who enroll in and remain enrolled in a Capital QHDHP.
