Discontinuation of Medicare Supplement Sales: Effective 12/31/22 Central States of Omaha (CSO) will discontinue the sales of all Medicare Supplement products in all states. Any application received on or before 12/31/22 will be accepted and processed as normal.
CSO will continue offering all Dental-Vision-Hearing (DVH) plans in states where the product is available. States include: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NE, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WY, CO, ID & MO.
What does this mean for you as a current CSO Agent?
For any agent that has written a DVH plan, or any agent appointed with CSO on or after 3/1/2022, your appointment will remain active. All other agents will be terminated with CSO unless we receive notice from you to keep your current appointment active to offer the DVH plans available.
If you do not wish to continue your active appointment, this will have no effect on your renewal commissions with CSO. All renewals will continue to be paid in accordance with your original contract.
