2023 Star Ratings
CMS recently released Star Ratings for 2023. Please discard any 2022 Star Rating documents that you may still have and begin using the 2023 versions immediately. Don’t forget to replace the Star Rating sheets in any of our pre-enrollment kits that are currently in your inventory. Future orders of our pre-enrollment kits will include the 2023 Star Ratings.
Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
As we are rolling out our new online HRA for producers, we understand that some agents have been unable to access the online HRA due to technical issues. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working to fix the problem. Until resolved, we are providing a hard copy of the HRA for your use—so you can collect the health information at you convenience, and then submit to us online once you have access.
Producers must still submit the HRA online in order to be eligible to receive the $50 service fee for each completed HRA, paper submissions will not be accepted. Therefore, if you are impacted by the technical issue, we will be extending the seven day submission requirement for HRA submissions. We will communicate more details about the extention timeline once all technical issues have been resolved.
