Recertification Deadline: October 31, 2022
If Recertification Training is not completed by the deadline above, you will be decertified effective 12/31/2022 and your customers will be de-designated. If you are receiving this message, then you have not yet completed the 2023 Recertification Training, or you recently finished your recertification training in the past 5-7 business days and we haven’t finished processing the update to your certification.
If you believe you have already completed the 2023 Recertification Training and it’s been more than 10 business days since you completed your training:

Confirm that you completed all 8 modules of the 2023 Recertification Training on Train PA

Confirm that you completed the 2023 Recertification Exam with a score of 80% or more

Confirm that you have added your license number to your Train PA account (click here for instructions).
