This email is intended for producers with business in Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. NEW ONBOARDING PORTAL FOR LARGE GROUP (51+) IMPLEMENTATIONS Please share the following information with any team members handling implementations for large group clients.
What you need to know: Highmark is implementing a new electronic portal to streamline the process of onboarding new large group (51+) clients by enabling them to complete much of the new group paperwork online.
Highmark is piloting this new portal to select, fully-insured, clients during Q3 and Q4 of 2022. Your feedback on the experience will be critical as we explore the possibility of portal enhancements in future phases.
What is in it for you: Our new portal opens the door for additional improvements of the large group (51+) new client implementation experience moving forward. Our goal is to simplify new client onboarding while gaining efficiency via the following:
- Centralized electronic completion of several new business forms
- Group Application
- Client Producer Contact Form
- Pre-Implementation Package
- Certificate of Eligibility to Combine (if required)
- Auto-population of data fields across multiple forms after the first entry for increased ease and accuracy
- Electronic signatures
- Eliminate the need for printing
- Reduced email communication and redundancy while maintaining the personal support you have today
